The Project Manager (Robert) was great to work with. Very upfront, personable and informative. The install team (Tom, Max and Tori) were great. Fast, efficient, respectful, engaging and competent. I'm very thankful for the speedy response to my request for maintenance. very rare to get 24 hr service from anyone but Cape Fear delivered! The technician arrived even earlier than expected....he was professional but cordial....explained to me what he was going to do....and proceeded to do it! Once he completed the job he informed me of the results...good news...no problems....and was on his way! We received multiple estimates from other companies to fully replace our air conditioning system, but Mr. Nance was by far the most honest, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE expert. The prices also can't be beat. Mr. Nance educated us and addressed our questions and concerns. He even cleared up some of the misinformation I received about my old system.
